    Brandon is a fantastic trainer--#1 of 5 trainers I've trained with over the years! Listens and uses alternative exercises to work around my knee injury. Love how much stronger I've gotten and the results I see in the mirror already Looking forward to many more training sessions with Brandon.

    My fiance and I have been training with Brandon, and he has been great!! He knows how to maximize our hour long sessions so that we get a great HIIT strength training workout! Brandon is thoughtful in the workouts that he plans, and he caters to both of our needs during the sessions.

    I wish I had more space to list all the amazing qualities Brandon possesses as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, he is an avid listener to the trainees’ needs, he customizes training plans in accordance with the trainees strengths and limitations, offers expert advice to make exercise routines challenging, sets a path for a strong body, increased endurance, and build muscle. Additionally, he shares fitness tips and healthy recipes via a e-mail. During training Brandon is continually monitoring to ensure trainees stick to the form to get best results from the workout.
    Mostly I love Brandon positive attitude which motivates trainees to keep up with the workouts routines. I highly recommend him.
